“I was seven when I first saw an angel. It was lying in the field, its golden wings spread wide in the tall, green grass. It was broken.”

Christy hasn’t always been able to see angels, but now that she does, she can’t make them go away. This short story documents some of her strange encounters with the ruined beings from both heaven and earth.
